QIANZHI silicone mermaid tails have good elasticity, making them easy to put on and take off. The silicon scale tail is hand-sewed piece by piece and is very firm. The tail is lightweight around 6kg to 12kg for the whole tail. 

A built-in fiberglass Monofin is included. This translucent monofin allows light to shine through the tail. 

The customization process involves placing an order, communicating color preferences, receiving a sample color piece’s photo within 7 business days, and a production time of 60 business days. Shipping takes an additional 30 days. Before shipping, we will send a video for confirmation. The entire process takes around 3.5 months.

To preserve and maintain the mermaid tail:

• Do not fold or store for long periods of time (when drying, lay the silicon tail and bra flat).
• Avoid direct sunlight and place in a ventilated and shaded area.
• When putting on or taking off, do not use fingernails to pull or scratch the tail or fins.
• Keep away from sharp objects.
• Rinse with fresh water after use.

For after-sales service, free repairs are offered for non-human damage within one month, but shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Repairs after one month are chargeable, depending on the extent of damage.
